Let's create your ideal day
With all of the New Year vibes coming your way, it's hard not to be thinking about things we want to change and shift. Even though we don't need to make changes just because it's January, I believe we should be intentional and thoughtful about how we create our days, every day.
I've been thinking a lot this last year about how I want my days to feel and what my ideal is like. And, I wonder if you've been wishing for that perfect day, too...
You envision waking up and feeling really rested. After setting your intentions for the day, you have enough time and energy to take a walk outside or do yoga. You're able to enjoy your cup of coffee without it getting cold, and you even have time to make a really nourishing meal. You have some quiet moments for writing in your journal or meditating - the alone time you crave! And, plenty of time to work on your passion project (whether it’s running your business, supporting a foundation or being with your children). You create time in your schedule to connect with loved ones and to make you a priority. You make space in your days to slow down, to not feel rushed, to laugh, and to really feel joy.
But, right now, this feels like a far-off dream.
I know how frustrating this can be. It can feel like your health is holding you back and that you never really feel good, in the way you want to. Because you can't do everything that you want to do!

I know there is a way to find real balance in your body and your life so you can quit having to play favorites between your health and your passions - but instead, you can have both!

In the last couple of years, I thought I had to make some pretty significant sacrifices to get my health where I wanted it and to live out my ideal days.
I thought I had to step back from my business, that I couldn't be as active, that I couldn't commit to as much as I wanted because it might fully deplete me.
Thankfully, I was wrong! I learned that I needed to listen to my body more and find new ways to create balance. I had to do things that were more sustainable, for my health and my life to flourish at the same time - in the way I wanted.
I want you to experience this, too!
