Gratitude Practice for Everyday Moments
If you've been following me this year, you know - I've been scaling back my social media time, my emails and my blogging.
It's been an important time for me to recalibrate, to work on some personal healing and to get really clear on my next steps in life and business. Aaaand, I can finally feel the light at the end of the tunnel for me and I am beginning to reemerge!
This week, I want to keep it short and sweet, so I have a quick video to share. It's a simple practice that has made a huge difference in my life.
I share this with each of my clients and it's especially great to use when you're feeling overwhelmed or unwell or you just need a pick-me-up.
It brings a sense of upliftment in even the hardest times.
And, it makes you feel more grounded and connected to the present moment.
Since this week is Thanksgiving in the US, and many of us are tuning in to the aspects of being thankful, I am sharing my gratitude practice with you.
