You may be familiar with my work from my signature Heal Your Gut program, now called Love Your Gut. This program ran as a group and privately for over four years. The Love Your Gut program was foundational in turning around the lives of so many people including those with severe digestive disruption, autoimmune conditions, fatigue and food overwhelm.
However, over the years, I have come to see that most women need more than this six week program to make the deep changes they desire in their life. So, I am no longer offering this program on its own.
