bounce back quickly

I got triggered by something in my business last week, and I thought it was worth telling you that I am not immune to triggers!

No matter how much we work on our nervous system there are still going to be external factors. 

But, because of my level of connection with my system, I was able to instantly feel the sensation in my body that I knew was dysregulation.

Within moments, I was able to understand why that was happening and what had triggered me. 

In the past, an experience like this would have taken me out for hours, days, even weeks. 

But, this time it was just moments. 

That's the thing about understanding your system's patterns and how they feel in your body... you then have the potential to work with it and bounce back quickly. 

Before I understood my nervous system, I was what you might call a wellness or self help enthusiast. I had tried all the things, and felt like I really understood my body. 

But, phew, was I humbled when I really got into it.

I hear the same thing from my clients all the time—and I work with some really tuned in people! 

They can't believe the insights that fall into place once they understand their unique nervous system. 


Once you figure out how your system runs, what triggers you the most, and what areas of your life are most being effected but this, you're gonna be relieved 🫶

Like my situation, it won't resolve triggers. But, it will help you to feel it, name it, and bounce back more quickly.

To me, that feels like growth, and if I'm honest, like freedom… I’m no longer at the whim of my nervous system patterns. So, I don’t get stuck there.
